AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
→ 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation mail.
→ 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the traveling date.
→ 75% cancellation of the package cost before 10 days of the traveling date.
→ 100% cancellations before 07 days of the travels date.
→ Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in written.
→ If you prepone and postpone your package 10% charges will be charged on total package

Payment Policy:-
→ For the Booking of the package you can deposit the amount of Google Pay Phone Pay Paytm UPI Bank Transfer NEFT RTGS Payment Link. You can deposit by cash, Cheque and Online.
→ 1St Part 25% At the time of booking of your package.
→ 2nd Part 25% After Tour confirmation Mail .
→ 3rd Part 50% First day of tour.

Booking Policy:-
→ The primary guest must be at least 18 years old
→ Token amount will be non refundable.
→ Base category room will be provided in every package category.
→ The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
→ Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotel the similar hotel.
→ Photo ID-IT is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
→ The hotel reserves the right of admission to the aforesaid reason.
→ Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharges on festive periods e.g. Christmas, new year Eve etc.All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
→ Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is directly chargeable at hotel.
→ Transport in the itinerary at the mentioned Cab the similar Cab.

Term & Condition:-
→ No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
→ Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. → No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

→ *Only e-mails are valid, anything which is provided by whatsapp and calls are not valid.
→ *In case any disaster and natural calamities or in snowy and rainy season, pandemic and any other contiguous conditions no refund will be initiated.
